LUGANSK STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY - "APPLY NOW"

Nigerian students Association (NSA), Lugansk State Medical University (LSMU) is a students’ union body that conjoins all Nigerians studying in the aforementioned academic institution located in eastern section of Ukraine in the view of conforming a buttress for its members in vast aspects of life in the said ambiance and showcasing the well cherished cultural heritage of Nigeria as a country and that of African continent.

NSA-LSMU came to existence in the year 2005 and has been led by  Dr Jubril Dosumu (2005-2007); Eniola Sodade (2007-2009); Johnbosco Iwuagwu (2009-2011); Dike Victor Chukwubuike (current President).

The leadership of the association is dynamically committed to ensuring a robust welfare of the members which is the paramount objective of the unionism, bracing at all level the effort of every member to thrive, cushioning every brunt that surfaces to thwart success, maximizing the potentials and stimulating the inbuilt Excellency amongst all, projecting and promoting the cultural background of Nigeria and above all fostering an evergreen unity and love amongst all Nigerians in  LSMU micro-society.

The association being non-remuneration oriented is bent to deliver to the micro-society numerous activities and assistance aimed at making living better and interesting, such activities include, warm reception of new students, orientation programs for the freshers, welcome party for the freshers,  well organized welfare works to ameliorate difficulties in living and studying in the ambiance of Lugansk, colorful send-off party for the graduating students, charity to less privileged and physically challenged individuals in the community, cultural exhibitions, academics conferences and events that promote the image of Nigeria our nation and Lugansk state medical university our host institution.

 NSA-LSMU has her heart open and hands wide spread to welcome and warmly cherish everyone who steps into Lugansk state medical university, her magnanimity does not limit itself to Nigerians only but extends to other nationals who find themselves in the position to experience its friendly clasp.

The supervisor of the Association is a senior lecturer in department of Ukrainian language in the person of Zvyagina Valentyna Fedorovna.
