
First International School on Person-Centered Pain Management Will be Held in Yalta, Ukraine, September 25-29, 2012.
School program will cover aspects of communication in pain management, basics of pain (anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology), classification, assessment and diagnostics of pain, pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment, multimodal pain treatment program.
The School will be international, interdisciplinary and oriented to physicians of different specialties.Official school language is English, anticipated number of participants - 30. School will take place in famous recreational area on the south of Crimea - Yalta city.
School program is designed for five days and will include lectures, interactive master classes, practical skills sessions, hands-on workshops, role playing, patient and actor presentations, video sessions. Special social program, including historical sightseeing tours, is prepared for guests of Ukraine.
School Faculty Will include Professor Giustino Varrassi (Italy), Professor Rudolf Likar (Austria), Reinhard Sittl (Germany), Marijana Bras (Croatia), Veljko Dordevic (Croatia), Professor Igor Romanenko (Ukraine), academician Vitaliy Tsymbalyuk (Ukraine), Professor Vitaliy Mamchur (Ukraine), Profesoor Nikolay Kvasnitskiy (Ukraine), Professor Olga Morozova (Ukraine) and others.
CME accreditation: 10 CME credits.
Registration fee: € 700 (covers four nights of stay in hotel, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, gala-dinner, coffee breaks, two sightseeing tours and access to school materials on the internet, certificate for 10 CME credits).
