Upon receiving Invitation Letter student should contact Ukraine embassy in his / her country in order to apply for the student visa. Ukraine embassy starts accepting Student Visa Applications and issue Student Visa mostly all-round the year. In some countries Ukraine embassy starts working with Student Visa Applications and issue Student Visa by 15th July to 15th November usually it is extended to December/ January(for preparatory course).

Following documents should be submitted in Ukraine Embassy to obtain a Student Visa -

After getting the visa e-mail us the scan copy of the following documents .

Below given documents for the visa and the entry to Ukraine.

1. Original Passport with valid visa

2. Original Invitation letter

3. Full payment of fees

4. 10 passport size photographs

5. General medical certificate (fitness certificate)-(should be translated in Ukrainian language and legalized by the notary public or by the Ukraine embassy in your country.)

6.  HIV-Medical certificate (should be translated in Ukrainian language and legalized by the notary public or by the Ukraine embassy in your country.)

7.  One Photostat copy of your passport and the Ukrainian visa which is issued by the Ukraine embassy.

8. School certificates (should be translated in Ukrainian language and legalized by the notary public or by the Ukraine embassy in your country.)

9. Birth certificate (should be translated in Ukrainian language and legalized by the notary public or by the Ukraine embassy in your country.)

10. The flight ticket should be to and fro to your home country (open/ return ticket).

Please make sure before leaving your country all those above documents should be along with you, the immigration officials in the airport will demand for those documents. If you don’t have anyone of those documents also you won’t get entry into Ukraine. The airport you have to use to come to Ukraine is “BORYSPIL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” only. And you must inform the admission office of the university before or after booking the ticket on email address.
